Viola L. Thuman, 98, of Wapakoneta, died at 3:09 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011, at Auglaize Acres.

Charles M. “Bud” Hay, 92, 205 N. Jefferson St., New Bremen, died at 9:15 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 24, 2011, at the Elmwood of New Bremen.
He was born Feb. 25, 1919 in St. Marys, the son of Matty Marie (Schlechty) and Charles I. Hay. On Oct. 19, 1946, he married Louise Moeller who died on March 30, 2008.
Surviving are two sons, James Hay, of Celina, John Hay, of Port Charlotte, Fla.; and two daughters, Kathy Tontrup, of New Bremen, and Kris Imwalle, of New Bremen.
Jane Goodwin, 66, 127 S. Wayne Street, St. Marys, died suddenly on Thursday, Nov. 24, 2011, at her residence.
She was born May 10, 1945, in St. Marys, the daughter of Helen (Schelby) and Orville Miars. Her mother survives in St. Marys.
Also surviving are two sons, Damon Goodwin, of Columbus, and Deron Goodwin, of Minster; and a daughter, Kerri Ackley, of St. Marys.
Services are at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
John Francis Wehrle, 82 of Findlay, died Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011, at Blanchard Valley Hospital in Bluffton surrounded by his loving children.
He was born on Dec. 27, 1928, in Freyburg, the son of Marina (Hemmert) and Albert Wehrle. On May 24, 1950, he married Eileen Schweitzer and she preceded him in death on Nov. 28, 2003.

Mary F. Webb, 73, of Wapakoneta, died at 2:30 p.m., Monday, Nov. 21, 2011, at the St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.
She was born Jan. 26, 1938, in Wapakoneta, the daughter of Verona (Bustetter) and John Mosler, who preceded her in death. On Sept. 28, 1957, she married James D. Webb, and he survives.
Chester E. Hittepole Sr., 85, of Wapakoneta, died at 2:15 p.m., Monday, Nov. 21, 2011, at the Lima Memorial Health System.
He was born Oct. 5, 1926, in St. Johns, the son of Mabel (Kiese) and Glen Hittepole, who preceded him in death. On Feb. 17, 1947, he married Dorothy M. Werling, and she survives.
Loretta I. Bustetter, 84, of Wapakoneta, died at 4:55 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21, 2011, at the St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.
She was born Dec. 13, 1926, in Auglaize County, the daughter of Anna (Brautigam) and Albert Seitz, who preceded her in death. On June 6, 1945, she married Alfred A. Bustetter, and he survives.
Marilyn E. Hawk, 80, of Celina, passed away Nov. 20 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus.
She was born Jan. 18, 1931, in Celina, to the late Hilda P. (Schoch) and Eugene C. Heckler. On June 14, 1952, she married Richard E. Hawk and he preceded her in death on Oct. 24, 1995.
