Steve A. Rowe, 58, of New Knoxville, died at 2:10 p.m., March 31, 2014, at the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, in St. Marys. He was born Oct. 22, 1955, the son of Thomas R. Rowe and Chessie (Webb) Bennett. His father is deceased and his mother survives in Beauford, S.C. On Sept. 30, 2008, he married Linda Shaner, who survives.
Robert "Bob" Joseph Jennings, 80, passed away on March 30, 2014, at 1 a.m. peacefully at his residence. RobertÂ was born on March 24, 1934, in Lima, to Raymond and Mary "Mayme" (Dahill) Jennings, who preceded him in death. OnÂ June 29, 1957, he married Joan E.Kohler Jennings who survives in Lima.Â Â Â Â
Frederick D. âFredâ Egbert, 72, of Wapakoneta, died at 8:15 a.m. on Monday, March 31, 2014, at his residence. He was born Feb. 25, 1942, in Findlay, the son of William D. and Mary (Shafer) Egbert, who preceded him in death. On April 15, 1977, he married LouAnn Bradford, and she survives.
Ned A. Mowery, 85, of Cridersville, died at 9:50 a.m., Thursday, March 27, 2014, at his residence. He was born on Feb. 26, 1929, to Ruhie Edward and Margaret âDutchâ Viola Baumgardner Mowery. Both parents preceded him in death. On May 12, 1950, he married Jeanne Ann Harshe, who survives in Cridersville.
Roxy Vogan, 74, of 1712 Kingsbury Drive, Saint Â Marys, died at 8:19 p.m. Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at the Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Oct. 20, 1939, in Saint Marys, the daughter of Paul and Violet (Williams) Rieger.
She is survived by her two children, Jim (Freda) Vogan, of Lexington, Tenn., and Lani (Steve) Byrley, of Celina; four granddaughters, Carrie Vogan, Lisa Vogan, Amy (Samuel) Bell and Traci Byrley; and a great-granddaughter, Braylee Bell.
She is also survived by her siblings, Paul Rieger, of Saint Marys, and Denise Kohler, of Wapakoneta.
Barbara Faurot Goodwin, 74, of Wapakoneta, died at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2014, at her residence.
She was born on Nov. 9, 1939, to Elwood and Mary (Collins) Decker.Â At age 2, she was adopted by Irvin and Lavon Faurot, who all preceded her in death.
Anita M. Bosau, 72, of Wapakoneta, died at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at her residence surrounded by her family.Â
She was born on Dec. 25, 1941. in Baltimore, Md. to Arthur C. and Ethel M. (Friend) Hanft, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Laura (Michael) Heffner, of Wapakoneta, and Michele (John) Karch, of Celina; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and two sisters, Linda (Terry) Liptak and Debbie (Richard) Sanko.
James R. "Jim" Donart, 71, of Albuquerque, N.M., went to be with the Lord Sunday, March 16, 2014. Jim was born in Lima, Ohio to Wilfred and Doris Donart.
He was a graduate of Bowling Green State University. Jim entered the U.S. Air Force, where he honorably served for 21 years. After retirement, he taught science for more than 20 years in the Rio Rancho Public Schools. Jim was a long-time member of Sagebrush Community Church where he served in multiple ministries. His greatest joys in life were God and family.
James R. Steining, 55, of Mountain Top, Pa., formerly of Wapakoneta, died at 1:15 p.m., Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at his residence. He was born April 6, 1958, in Lima, the son of Henry B. and Jane F. (Kohler) Steining. His parents survive in Wapakoneta.
Judy G. Workman, 63, of Wapakoneta, died at 1:19 a.m., Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at Lima Memorial Health System. She was born Dec. 5, 1950, in Dayton, the daughter of Walter J.F. and Wanda (Mays) Meyer, who preceded her in death.
