Patricia “Mama Bear” E. Deubler, 60, 819 ½ Columbia St., St. Marys, died at 3:59 a.m. Monday, Nov. 14, 2011, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born April 20, 1951, in Middleville, Mich., to Beulah (Murray) and Leo Oliver. On June 17, 1972, in Lima, she married Richard E. Deubler II, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter Ann Marie Vorhees, of Columbus Grove; and two sons, Richard Deubler IV of Lima, and Andrew Mortagne, of Centralia, Wash.
She was preceded in death by an infant son Richard Deubler III.

Patricia Deubler, 60, of St. Marys, died Monday, Nov. 14, 2011, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.

Mary Jo Pfenning, 79, 241 N. Spruce St., St. Marys, died at 8:49 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, 2011, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital Hospital in St. Marys following a sudden illness.
She was born April 22, 1932, in St. Marys, the daughter of Erma (Sprague) and William Suchland. On Oct. 2, 1952, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys, she married J. Philip Pfenning, who died Dec. 11, 2007.
Mary Jo Pfenning, of St. Marys, died Friday, Nov. 11, 2011, in the Emergency Department at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.

James Kenneth “Kenny” Sturgill, 73, of Harrod, died at 6:13 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, 2011, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.
He was born Feb. 22, 1938, in Powell River, Va., the son of Lona Caudill and James Hobart Sturgill. On July 5, 1964, he married Marlene Owsley, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, James “Keith” Sturgill, of Lima, Shawn Sturgill, of McConnelsville, and Jason Sturgill, of Harrod; and a daughter, Sherry Beidelschies, of Harrod.
Mary Margaret Ramsey, 99, 423 Huffman Street, St. Marys, died at 11:56 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, 2011, at the St. Marys Living Center, where she had made her home for the past two years.
She was born Aug. 1, 1912, in Auglaize County, the daughter of Clara (Rohrbach) and Charles F. Teeters. On April 24, 1935, she married Walter “Pete” Ramsey and he preceded her in death on Feb. 17, 1977.
She is survived by two daughters, Joan Paul, of New Bremen, and Mary Holtzapple, of St. Marys; and a son, Walter Ramsey Jr., of Belleville.
Mary Martha Riethman, 84, of rural Anna, died at 12:45 a.m., Sat.urday, Nov. 12, 2011, at Kindred Hospital in Lima.
She was born July 29, 1927, in Botkins, the daughter of Alma (Monger) and Edwin Kinstle, who preceded her in death. On June 7, 1950, she married Clarence H. “Bud” Riethman, and he died March 21, 2007.

C. Donald Douglas, 68, of Wapakoneta, died at 1 a.m. Friday, Nov. 11, 2011, at his son’s home in Wapakoneta.
He was born April 27, 1943, in Long Hollow, W. Va., the son of Hattie May (Thornton) and Miner Cecil Douglas, who preceded him in death. On April 20, 1969, he married Nelia Lou Hudnall, and she died July 30, 2008.
Garet O. Schmehl, 20, 17906 State Route 66, St. Marys, died at 2:15 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, 2011, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, from injuries received in an automobile accident that occurred Nov. 7, 2011.
He was born Aug. 29, 1991, in St. Marys, the son of Renee (Craft) and Tony Schmehl, who survive.
Services are at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Monticello United Brethren Church in Spencerville, with the Rev. Andrew Atkins officiating. Burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys.
Margaret Ritter, 70, of 212 E. Front St., New Bremen, died at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, 2011, at her home.
She was born on Feb. 26, 1941, in Wellington, New Zealand. She was the daughter of Dennis and Johannah Horgan, both of whom preceded her in death.
On Nov. 12, 1965, she married William Ritter, who survives in New Bremen.
Also surviving are her children, Shaun Ritter, of New Bremen; Mark Ritter, of New Bremen; Michael Ritter of Germantown, Tenn.; Tony Ritter, of New Bremen; and Greg Ritter, of Delaware.
