Norman Binkley, 64, of 118 S. Wagner Street in Wapakoneta, died 10:16 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11, 2013, at Lima Memorial Health System.
He was born June 11, 1949, in Lima to Byron and Marian (Merricle) Binkley.
Survivors include a daughter, Sheila Goins, of Celina; a son, Paul (Tina) Binkley, of Wapakoneta; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister-in-law, Julie Binkley, of New Knoxville; and niece, Connie (Allen) Schroer,Â of New Knoxville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Byron and Marian Binkley; and his brother, James â€śMikeâ€ť Binkley.
James B. Titus, 92, of Botkins, died at 6:05 p.m., Friday Oct. 11, 2013, at the Wapakoneta Manor. He was born Feb. 24, 1921, in Pomeroy, Ohio, the son of Margaret (Wolfe) and James S. Titus, who preceded him in death. On March 15, 1950, he married Joyce E. Varney, and she died Dec. 13, 2003.
Arden L. Brown, 98, of Cridersville, passed away Monday afternoon, Oct. 7, 2013, at St. Ritaâ€™s Medical Center, Lima.
Arden was born on July 23, 1915, in Burt County, Neb. to the late Leo and Anna Carruthers Brown.
On Oct. 24, 1942, he married the former Thelma Miller in Lima and they were married for 70 years before she preceded him in death on Oct. 26, 2012. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Earle and John D. Brown. He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Dianna J. Bell, 75, of Cridersville, died at 1:03 a.m. Monday, Oct. 7, 2013, at Lima Memorial Health System following a short illness.
She was born Dec. 31, 1937, in Lima, a daughter of Richard C. and Margaret Eva Shinaberry Davisson, who are deceased. Her step-mother Clara Davisson and her step-father Benton Carper are also deceased. On Sept. 4, 1955, she married Truman J. Bell, who survives in Cridersville.
Dianna J. Bell, 75, of Cridersville, died at 1:03 a.m. Monday, Oct. 7, 2013 at Lima Memorial Health System following a short illness.
She was born Dec. 31, 1937 in Lima, a daughter of Richard C. and Margaret Eva Shinaberry Davisson, who are deceased. Her step-mother Clara Davisson and her step-father Benton Carper are also deceased. On Sept. 4, 1955 she married Truman J. Bell, who survives in Cridersville.
Richard D. “Gabby” Frey, 85, of Wapakoneta, died at 5:36 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013, at Wapakoneta Manor. He was born April 19, 1928, in Cincinnati, the son of Virginia (Fisher)and Louis Frey, who preceded him in death.
On March 4, 1972, he married Ruth Ann Laine, and she died May 31, 2012.
Helen P. “Sis” Kill, 73, of rural Spencerville, died of a very sudden illness at 4:13 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013, at St. Rita’s Medical Center.
She was born Oct. 25, 1939, in Lima, the daughter of Frances W. (Huber) and Earl O. Gaskill, who preceded her in death.
On April 29, 1967, she married Frank A. Kill, who died Sept. 8, 2002.
Karen Sue Wheaton, 72, of Tamarac, Fla., formerly of Wapakoneta, died at 1 a.m. Friday, Oct. 4, 2013, at St. Rita’s Medical Center, in Lima.
She was born Oct. 4, 1941, in Lima, the daughter of Lola (Fox) and Albert Lowry, who preceded her in death. On Aug. 12, 1970, she married Billy Lee Wheaton, who died on June 20, 2007.
Ruth E. Lee, 89, of Wapakoneta, died at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2013, at Kindred Hospital in Lima.

Roger â€śDeanâ€ť Strauser, 86, of Otterbein-Cridersville, formerly of Waynesfield, died at 7:56 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013, at Lima Memorial Health Systems.
He was born Nov. 28, 1926, in Wayne Township, Auglaize County, to Leah (Cook) and Reed Strawser. On June 1, 1948, in Spencerville, he married Grace Keeling, and she survives at Otterbein-Cridersville.
