Frederick Howe, 95, of Wapakoneta, died at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, at Cridersville Healthcare Center.

Robert Louis Bowsher, 98, died peacefully Dec. 29, 2012, at St. James Place.
He was born May 21, 1914 in Wapakoneta, the son of Louise (Fisher) and Francis Jacob Bowsher, who both preceded him in death. In 1940, he married his wife of 59 years, Gene Lois Troxel and she preceded him in death.
Jesse G. Daniels, 56, of Lima, died at 3:05 p.m. Jan. 14, 2013, at his residence.

Evelyn L. Shaw, 82, of Lima, died Sunday, January 13, 2013, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 9, 1930 in Delphos, the daughter of the late Naomi Mamie (Stettler) amd Robert Van Furry. On Sept. 2, 1951 she married Bill F. Shaw who died Jan. 22, 1996.

Ruth C. Burk, 74, of Cridersville, died Sunday morning, January 13, 2013, at her residence. She was born March 22, 1938, in Earle, Ariz., the daughter of Nellie (Andrews) and Clyde Clayton, who preceded her in death. On Sept. 26, 1956, she married Donald E. Burk, and he survives.

Betty Vernell Shepperd Keim, 86, of Bellefontaine, passed away Thursday morning, Jan. 10, 2013, at Logan Acres Care Center, in Bellefontaine.
Betty was born on April 18, 1926, in Gas City, Ind., the daughter of the late Nellie Hewitt and Cloyd “Happy” Clark. On Sept. 18, 1945, she married Keith A. Keim, in Gas City, and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Shepperd, and brother-in-law, Glenn Keim.
Betty V. Keim, 88, of Bellefontaine, passed away Jan. 10, 2013, at Logan Acres Care Center in Bellefontaine.
Services are at 4 p.m. Sunday at Shoffstall Funeral Home in Lakeview.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

“Praise the Lord” were the last words of Donald E. Davis, 83, of rural Wapakoneta, who went to his heavenly home at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013.
He was born July 6, 1929, in Lima, the son of the late Koneta (Moyer) and Chester Davis. On July 22, 1950, he married Loretta J. Kennedy, his sweetheart of over 62 years, who survives.
Charles Diller Moeller, of Spencerville, distinguished entrepreneur and beloved father and grandfather, passed into eternity on Jan. 8, 2013, at St Rita’s Medical Center in Lima. He was 85 years old.
Born on a humble farm outside Columbus Grove on March 28, 1927, Charles was the son of Frances and Roy Moeller, who preceded him in death.
He married Phyllis Snavely, now deceased, in 1949. He later married Frances Jarvis in 1960 and later divorced.
