Christopher Lee Hoffman, 32, of Jackson Center, passed away Tuesday morning, Jan. 10, 2012, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys due to an accident at Minster Machine.
He was born Nov. 12, 1979, in Marion, the son of to Debbie (Titus) Hoffman, of Arizona, and Jeff Hoffman, of Zanesville.
Also surviving are a fiancée, Amanda Wagner, of Jackson Center; a daughter, Ciera Hoffman; two sons, Michael Hoffman and Justin Hoffman; a step-daughter, Cheyenne Wagner; a half-sister, Tamara Mustard, of Marion, and a step-mother, Sharon Hoffman, of Lakeview.

Joyce E. Camper, 79, of Wapakoneta, died at 1:02 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.
Donald William Ickes, Sr., 53, 1122 Hager St., St. Marys, died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St.Marys.
He was born Oct. 2, 1958, in Lima, the son of Helen Smart and John Phillip Ickes.
Surviving are his mother, Helen (Dale) Carlson, of Wapakoneta, three sons, Donald W. (Erica) Ickes, of Washington Crossing, Pa., Matthew Ickes, of St.Marys, and Brandon Ickes, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and two daughters, Heather L. (Chad) Gibbs, of Williamsburg, Va., and Saleasha M. (Scott) Krogman, of Celina.
Roy M. Kohler, 86, of Wapakoneta, died at 12:05 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, at The Living Center in St. Marys.
He was born July 10, 1925, in St. Marys, the son of Maud (Coldwell) and Andrew Kohler, who preceded him in death. On July 17, 1948, he married Stella V. Gross, and she survives.
Also surviving are two brothers, Bob Kohler, of St. Marys, and Chuck (Beth) Kohler, of Wapakoneta; two sisters, Betty Weaver, of St. Marys, and Barb (Wilbur) Brubaker, of St. Marys; and several nieces and nephews.
Dennis L. “Denny” Chesbrough, 68, of Wapakoneta, died at 3 p.m. Monday Jan. 9, 2012, at Celina Manor.
He was born Feb. 5, 1943, in Lima, the son of Laurene (McCormick) and Elwood Chesbrough, who preceded him in death.
Surviving are a half-sister, Barbara (Al) Tester, of Wapakoneta, and two nephews.
Denny worked at Cheryl Ann Workshop, Celina, and the Auglaize Workshop, New Bremen.
Private family graveside services will at Greenlawn Cemetery in Wapakoneta. There will be no visitation.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bayliff &Eley Funeral Home in Wapakoneta.
Michael C. Butcher, 41, of Wapakoneta, died Monday morning, Jan. 9, 2012, in Wapakoneta.
He was born Nov. 20, 1970, in Lima, the son of Linda D. (Schaub) and David J. Butcher. His mother and step-father, Linda and Jack Cole survive in Wapakoneta. His father and step-mother, David and Patricia Butcher survive in Botkins.
Rosanna S. Wolfe, 73, of Lima, died at 12:50 p.m. Monday, Jan. 9, 2012, at Wapakoneta Manor.
She was born Aug. 4, 1938, in Lima, the daughter of Vincenta M. (Trakas) and Grover W. Hall Sr. On Nov. 16, 1956, she married Paul L. Wolfe and he died Jan. 30, 1993.

Myriam S. “Mimi” Rhodes, 72, of Lima, died at 4 p.m., Monday, Jan. 9, 2012, at her residence in Lima.

Jean Ackley, 78, of 225 N. Chestnut St., St. Marys, and a resident of the Gardens of Celina, died at 5:10 p.m. Monday, January 9, 2012, at the Gardens of Celina.
She was born Aug.21, 1933, in St. Marys, the daughter of Harry and Elizabeth (Moeller) Boltz. She married Cloyd Ackley, and he preceded her in death on March 10, 1967.
She is survived three sons, Spike (Brenda) Ackley, of St. Marys; David Ackley, of St. Marys, and Shawn (Kerri) Ackley, of St. Marys; and two daughters, Laura (Dan) Leonard, of Celina, and Becky Ernst, of Coldwater.
