November 23rd
Kay I. Shulaw, 73, passed away at 8:51 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16, 2012, at Lima Memorial Health System.
She was born Sept. 19, 1939, in Lima, to Theresa I. (Musser) and Closser K. Shulaw, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are a sister, Ma(Al) Drexler, of Wapakoneta; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Garry Shulaw.
She was a graduate of Lafayette Jackson High School. For 51 years, she worked at Lima Memorial Health System in the kitchen. Kay will be remembered for her love of animals.
James T. Barnett Jr., 58, of Wapakoneta, formerly of Indiana, died at 12 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, at his sister’s residence.
Arrangements are incomplete at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Wapakoneta.
Georgene M. Roth, 86, of Midlothian, Va., passed away Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012.
She is survived by two sons, David (Barbara) Roth, and Tom (Gray) Roth; five grandchildren, Bryan Roth, Eric Roth, Allison Roth, Seth Hardison and Alison Bowman; seven great-grandchildren, Haley Roth, Summer Hardison, Angelica Hardison, Chadisey Hardison, Winter Hardison, Autumn Hardison and Kaylie Bowman; two sisters, Susan Place Kinstle, and Karin Place Whetstone; a brother, Stanley Place Jr.; and many other loving family and friends.

Georgene M. Roth, 86, of Midlothian, Va. passed away Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012.
Surviving are two sons, David (Barbara) Roth, and Tom (Gray) Roth; three grandchildren, Bryan Roth, Eric Roth, and Allison Roth; one great-granddaughter, Haley Roth; two sisters, Susan Place Kinstel, and and Karin Place Whetstone; a brother, Stanley Place Jr.; and many other loving family and friends.
Georgene dedicated her life to caring for her family and her community as an registered nurse to many area hospitals and nursing homes.
Pauline Deloris Tully, 88, of North Manchester, Ind., formerly of Wapakoneta, and Pinellas Park, Fla., died at 5:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at Peabody Retirement Community in North Manchester, Ind, where she had resided since 1991.
She was born Feb. 3, 1924, in Wapakoneta, the daughter of Edith (Sweeley) and Elmer Binkley, who preceded her in death. On May 4, 1940, she married James H. Tully, and he died Feb. 9, 1991.

Pauline D. Tully, 88, formerly of Wapakoneta, died at 5:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at the Peabody Retirement Community in North Manchester, Ind.
Arrangements are incomplete at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home in Wapakoneta.
Virginia Medeline Dicke, 82, of Ohio City, died at 9:33 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012, at CHP Inpatient Hospice Center in Van Wert due to pancreatic cancer.
She was born Jan. 31, 1930, in Wapakoneta, the daughter of Mary (Rinehart) and Frank Veit. On June 5, 1948, she married Donald Willis Dicke, and he died Aug. 18, 2008.
Surviving are four sons, Gary W. Dicke, of Sevierville, Tenn., D. Bruce Dicke, of Decatur, Ind., David L. Dicke, of Ohio City, and Doug Dicke, of Decatur, Ind.; and a daughter, Linda S. Prowse, of Convoy.
William L. “Bill” Webb, 69, of Wapakoneta, died at 2:35 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012, at Auglaize Acres in Wapakoneta.
He was born Dec. 10, 1942, in Buckland, the son of Florence (Friediger) and Pearl Webb, who preceded him in death. In 1970, he married Nancy Kinstle, and she died in 2000.

Dorothy Berg, 86, of Naples, Fla., died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012.
Arrangements are being handled by All Cremation Options in Naples, Fla.
Ruth L. Walther, 94, of Wapakoneta, died at 2:35 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, at her residence.
She was born May 15, 1918, in Duchouquet Township, Auglaize County, the daughter of Edith (Mosler) and Isidor Schneider, who preceded her in death. On Dec. 14, 1941, she married F. Dean Walther, and he died Feb. 13, 1995.
