Jill Louise Dougall, 52, 2301 Lexington Ave., Building 108, Apt. 1B, Elkhart, Ind., died suddenly at 10:54 p.m. Monday, July 9, 2012, at Elkhart General Hospital in Elkhart, Ind.
She was born Dec. 17,1959, in Elkhart, the daughter of Shirley (Miller) and Charles Sumpter. On July 18, 1997, she married Scott Dougall, and he survives at the residence.
Services are at 2 p.m. Sunday, at the Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys, with the Rev. David Williams officiating. Private family burial rites are to be held.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Anthony T. Raesky, 91 of Lima, died at 3:45 a.m. Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at Cridersville Health Care.
He was born March 19, 1921, in Montezuma, the son of the late Flora (Yantze) and Jacob Raesky. On Oct. 4, 1958, he married Dorothy J. Parker, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Laura (John) Gabel, of Wapakoneta, Anne (Terry) Johnson, of Texas, and Mary (Jim) Pohlabel, of Hamilton; eight grandchildren, Luke Gabel, Grant Gabel, Phillip Gabel, Sarah Johnson, Mary Johnson, Adam Pohlabel, Hannah Pohlabel, and Jacob Pohlabel.

Kayleen McElfresh, 68, of Belle Center, died at 2:24 p.m. Monday at Hardin Memorial Hospital.
Arrangements are incomplete at Armentrout Funeral Home in Waynesfield.

Melvin G. Keller, 85, of Wapakoneta, died Saturday July 7, 2012, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 8, 1926, in Auglaize County, the son of Emma (Elsass) and Henry C. Keller, who preceded him in death.
Surviving are two brothers, Willis Keller, of Wapakoneta, and Edison Keller, of Wapakoneta; a sister, Elzena Zwiebel, of Wapakoneta; and a nephew, David (Virginia) Zwiebel, of Wapakoneta.
He was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, Henry (Sandra) Keller; a half-sister, Irene King; a brother-in-law, Eugene “Whitey” Zwiebel; and a sister-in-law, Arlene Keller.
Josephine F. “Jo” Davidson, 94, of Cridersville, formerly of Wapakoneta, died at 11:35 p.m. Saturday, July 7, 2012, at Otterbein Cridersville.
She was born June 21, 1918, in DeGraff, the daughter of Nell (James) and Howard Doane, who preceded her in death. On Sept. 9, 1939, she married Glen V. Davidson, and he died May 21, 2002.
David A. Baxter, 65, of Wapakoneta, died Friday afternoon, July 6, 2012, at Mary Rutan Hospital Emergency Room in Bellefontaine following a sudden illness.

Lloyd L. “Bud” Mathwig Jr. 67, of Lima, died at 6:17 a.m. Friday, July 6, 2012, at his residence.
He was born Oct. 7, 1944, in Caliente, Nev., the son of Rose (Smith) and Lloyd L. “Matt” Sr. Mathwig. On May 20, 2003, he married in Gatlinburg, Tenn., he married Dona Custer, and she survives in Lima.
Also surviving are four daughters, Teresa Decker, of Spencerville, Donna Medley, of Haines City, Fla., Tonya Pride, of Cairo, and Crystal Michael of Lima; and a son, Jeffrey Mathwig, of Columbus;.
He was preceded in death by two sons, Jimmy Mathwig and David Mathwig.
Roxanne Doris Frank, 94, of Lima, died at 8:55 p.m. Sunday, July 1, 2012, at Shawnee Manor.
She was born April 17, 1918, in Lima, the daughter of Icy Marvel Hester and Thaddeus Doyle Plummer, who preceded her in death. She married Harry C. Martin on Jan. 1, 1937, and he preceded her in death in July of 1958. She later married James F. Frank on Dec. 15, 1962, and he preceded her in death on Dec. 2, 2001.
Memorial services are scheduled to be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Fletcher Cemetery, in Lima, with the Rev. Philip Brenneman officiating.
Kathryn R. Downey, 92, of Wapakoneta, formerly of Syracuse, N.Y., died at 4 a.m. Monday, July 2, 2012, in her home.
She was born Dec. 3, 1919, on Tipperary Hill in Syracuse, N.Y., the daughter of Margaret (Daly) Thomas Reilly, who preceded her in death. On Sept. 14 1 1946, she married Russell K. Downey, who passed away June 11, 2008.
