Fred Cook, 79, of St. Marys, died Monday evening, Feb. 6, 2012, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.

Larry Fledderjohann, 68, of rural New Knoxville, died Monday evening, Feb. 6, 2012 at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.
Arrangements are incomplete at Vornholt – Miller Funeral Home in New Knoxville.
Donna Rose Jacobs, 68, 111 S. Buckeye St., St. Marys, died at 2:25 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012, at Kindred Hospital in Lima.
She was born March 14, 1943, in Detroit, to Florence L. (Duffern) and Elmer C. Kusterer. On March 4, 1967, in St. Marys, she married Jack A. Jacobs, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, David Jacobs, of St. Marys.
She was preceded in death by a son, Todd Jacobs.
Services are at 1 p.m. Friday at Miller – Long & Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.
Juanita E. Cockerell Robinson Turner, 91, of Lake Orion, Mich., formerly of Cridersville, died at 6:07 p.m. Monday, Feb. 6, 2012, at Waltonwood University in Rochester Hills, Mich.
She was born April 5, 1920, in Springfield, the daughter of the late Fannie Shrider and Walter Cockerell. On May 11, 1957, she married Cyrus Arthur Turner who died March 26, 2003.
Services are at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, with the Rev. James C. Couser officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Lima.
