Cridersville to kick off holiday season

December 10, 2013

CRIDERSVILLE — ‘Tis the season for Christmas festivities, and the local events do not end with Children’s Hometown Holiday.
Christmas on Main Street in Cridersville will be held on Saturday, with activities beginning at 9 a.m.
The date has been set for the second week in December, due to a better turnout last year.
“I think it worked out fantastic — we had a great crowd, a lot of people participated,” Chair Stacey Cook said.
She said the date was previously the same date as the “Children’s Hometown Holiday” in Wapakoneta, and not as many people were able to attend both events.
