Magician teaches safety

A magician used a little magic to reinforce past safety lessons and provide new ones to Wapakoneta Elementary School students Monday morning.
Kerry Blair, known as Kerry Kazaam, was met with an enthusiastic response from students at the school, who laughed along at his silly antics and tried to figure out his magic tricks, while also shouting out the answers to dilemmas they may face. They also listened to what they can do to make themselves safer.

Resident deems project as damaging

CRIDERSVILLE — Cridersville residents raised property concerns regarding village improvement and beautification projects in the village. 
Cridersville resident Greg Joseph brought his concern about a recent tree planted near his property during Monday’s Cridersville Village Council meeting. 
Joseph said two previous trees caused damage to the sidewalk in front of his house, among other issues, such as falling debris. 
“I’m not going to let this council decide what’s best for my property,” Joseph told councilors.

LTCP phase 2 to start
