James F. Romaker, 64, of Lima, died at 11:06 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2011, at St. Ritaâs Medical Center in Lima.
He was born May 24, 1947, in Columbus, to Katherine June âKateâ Bonfiglio and James Richard Romaker, his mother survives in Lima and his father preceded him in death. On Oct. 5, 1974, he married Barbara Ann Woolf and she survives in Lima.

The Wapakoneta Redskins varsity boys and girls bowling teams are off to matching 2-0 starts after posting wins Saturday at Community Lanes in Minster.
The boys team rolled to a 2,723-2,193 over Marion Local.
Zach Miller bowled a high round of 213 for the Redskins, the fifth-best round of the day in the 16-team event.
Chandler Kaeck turned in a 204. And Luke Manger notched a 186.
The Versailles Tigers are in first place in the West Ohio High School Bowling Conference standings with a 2-0 record and a 971 team average. Wapak is second with a 956 team average.

Debbie Richeson, 58, of Spencerville, died at 8:59 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2011, at St. Ritaâs Medical Center in Lima.

L. G. Carmean, 87, of St. Marys, died Monday, Nov. 29, 2011, at Golden Living Center â Valley in St. Marys.

Katherine C. âKatieâ Elsass, 85, of Wapakoneta, died at 9:10 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2011, at her residence.
She was born April 7, 1926, in Auglaize County, the daughter of Matilda (Volbert) and Bernard Watercutter, who preceded her in death. On Sept. 15, 1947, she married Ralph G. Elsass, and he died Dec. 10, 1994.
The Auglaize County administrator position has been filled.
Michael Hensley, 53, who works as a quality improvement manager and ombudsman with Allen County Children Services, accepted the position Tuesday after being offered the job by the Auglaize County commissioners.
He described his hiring as an honor and it will be a privilege to work with the commissioners, elected officials and department heads, and for the residents of Auglaize County.
âIâve always wanted to serve the citizens and taxpayers,â said Hensley, who lives in the Cridersville area. âI consider them my boss.
Walking away with a new toothbrush and toothpaste in hand and flashing a fresh, white smile, a young Cridersville Elementary School student who had never before been to the dentist got that chance Tuesday at school.
