Airport continues to plan for future

October 28, 2013

Plans for future growth continue at the Auglaize County airport.
Neil Armstrong Airport Manager Sean Stroh is working with Auglaize County Engineer Doug Reinhart on plotting parcels to accommodate an annexation into New Knoxville for access to extended village utility lines.
The extension of the underground utility lines — water and sanitary — is deemed necessary as the existing infrastructure would not be acceptable for a new facility to be tied into, Stroh said.
For more information on the airport's growth, see the Saturday, Oct. 26 edition of the Wapakoneta Daily news.
