Leslie Rone McKinney, 55, of 430 Huffman Street in St. Marys, died at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday Oct. 18, 2011 at her residence.
She was born January 3, 1957 in Waynesfield, to Patricia (Butler) and Judge Gerald Rone. On Oct. 3, 1993 in Waynesfield, she married Victor Lewis McKinney, who survives.
Services are at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Miller â€“ Long & Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys. Burial will follow at Willow Branch Cemetery in Waynesfield.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Perhaps a U.S. Postal Service uniform would have been an appropriate addition to the Wapakoneta Area Chamber of Commerce Halloween Parade.
While lacking its typical turnout, neither rain nor gloom of night kept a still large contingent of people from turning out to the annual parade.
â€śMy parents brought me here,â€ť said Marilyn, who had brought her two young daughters to the parade. â€śWe never missed. Now the girls love to come. It is a family tradition.â€ť
Ten-year-old Gerri said she loved coming to the parade every year.

The paper chain serves as a reminder â€” to be kind to one another.
Each link in the chain symbolizes a random act of kindness, something done by one student for another.
Chain links and a box to submit those random acts of kindness that have been documented on them sit on a table in the cafeteria and can be filled out anytime.
The idea for the chain came from students who belong to a new group,
A local resident is a part of a national organization with one major commonalty â€” his name.
Wapakoneta native and owner of Insta-Shade, Jim Smith, is apart of the Jim Smith Society. This group has approximately 2,000 members throughout the United States and the groupâ€™s sole purpose is getting together for fellowship and celebrating a name they all share.
â€śItâ€™s like a giant family reunion,â€ť the 1977 Wapakoneta High School graduate said.
Jay J. Lenhart, 42, of Shadyside, Pa., died Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2011, after a battle with cancer
He was the son of Norma (Gene) Gill, of Wapakoneta, and Thomas (Glenice) Lenhart, Sr., of Sidney.
Also surviving are is devoted partner, Neil McGee; two brothers, Mark Leenhart and Thomas Lenhart Jr.; two sisters, Terri Cecere, and Cindy Koenig; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Richard L. â€śRickâ€ť Thomes, 55, 15404 Wapak â€“ Fisher Road, Wapakoneta, died Friday, Oct. 14, 2011 at his residence.
He was born September 14, 1956, in St. Marys, the son of Jane L. (Schmehl) and John Robert Thomes. His mother survives.
Also surviving is a son, Troy M. Thomes of Celina.
Services are at 2 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys. Military Rites will be provided by VFW Post 9289 and American Legion Post 323 funeral detail. Private family burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
George F. Walti, 80 of Lima, died at 1:59 p.m. Monday, Oct. 17, 2011, at Lima Memorial Health Systems.
He was born Dec. 17, 1930, in Lima, the son of Ida (Shroyer) and Carl Walti. On Nov, 26, 1980, he married Charlene Kay Hollar, who survives in Lima. He was formerly married to Wanda Mosley and Della Musser.
Also surviving are a son, Carl Walti, of Cridersville; and two daughters, Debra Harp, of Alger, and Ida Kessler, of St. Marys.
No public services or visiting hours are planned.
Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society or Allen County Fair.
Dorothy L. (Heckman) Duffman, 50, of Lima, died Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011, at her residence.
She was born Feb. 16, 1961, the daughter of Shirley I. (Hamby) and James J. Hamby. On Dec. 29, 1988, she married Donald R. Duffman, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Donnie J.R. Duffman, of Lima; and three daughters, Jamie L. Lacey, of New Knoxville, Ashley N. Williams, of Lima, and Twila S. Mills, of Lima.
Services are at 7 p.m. Thursday at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Shawnee Chapel in Lima, with the Rev. David McGregor officiating.
